Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on unused kits. To be eligible for a return, all kit components must be unused and in their original sealed packaging — the glass color bags must be sealed, the potion bottle unopened, the adhesive sheet unpeeled, and the frame undamaged and unaltered. Once any component has been opened, used, or altered, all sales are final.
Damaged or defective kits, or incorrect items shipped, must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at help@crushedglassart.com with photos of the issue and your order number.

If your return request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: kits with opened glass bags, used potion, peeled adhesive sheets, or altered frames; custom or personalized products; sale items; and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return an unused kit, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, all kit components must be unused and in their original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at help@crushedglassart.com.
