We ship to all 50 United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, new product launches), processing may take slightly longer. We'll always notify you if there are unexpected delays.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We use USPS and UPS for most shipments and select the most cost-effective option at the time of fulfillment.
Free Shipping
Orders totaling $100 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Transit Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit (the carrier never marks it as delivered), please contact us at help@crushedglassart.com within 30 days of your shipping confirmation and we will work with you on a replacement or refund after a claim is filed with the carrier.
If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged kit and the shipping box, and we will arrange a replacement.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it (porch theft, mis-delivery), please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement for stolen packages, as the carrier has confirmed delivery to your address. We recommend reporting stolen mail to your local authorities.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
